AGREEMENT OF WAIVER OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, AND MEDICAL RELEASE 

WAIVER:

By purchasing and participating in Wide Open’s retreat, you represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition that would limit your participation in the retreat. You further understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before and regarding your participation in this retreat. You also understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Wide Open and agree that you will follow all instructions so that you may safely participate in the retreat and/or other activities. 

You hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Wide Open, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to your participation in the retreat, or other activities offered by Wide Open. You understand and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that might occur as a result of your participation in this event or retreat. By purchasing and participating in the retreat, you agree that you have read the enclosed release and waiver of liability, fully understand its content, and that you are legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This Contract is in force unless canceled by you within 24 hours of your registration/purchase. Please read and acknowledge the terms below: 

(a) You agree to pay a $1500 deposit for the Wide Open retreat at the time of purchase. 

(b) You agree to pay the remaining balance of $3000 no later than June 5, 2026.

(c) You hereby certify that you are the holder of the credit card, or an authorized signer on the bank checking account provided. 

(d) You agree to the following cancellation & refund policy:

1. If you cancel within 24 hours of the time of purchase, you will receive a full refund;

2. If you cancel after 24 hours of purchase and before April 5, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee;

3. If you cancel between April 6 - June 5, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus your $1500 deposit. 

4. After June 5, 2026, no refunds will be provided.

(e) You understand that there may be additional charges if you choose to participate in additional amenities provided at the event or retreat.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: 

I acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or videos may be taken of me while you are involved in the Wide Open retreat. I hereby grant Wide Open, its legal representatives, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right (a) to use my likeness in any manner and medium and to publish photographs and/or video images of me for editorial, trade, advertising, commercial, and any other business purpose including, but not limited to, as evidence in litigation, and (b) to edit, alter, copy, copyright, exhibit, or distribute the same without restriction. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product containing my likeness and waive any right to payment or other compensation arising from the use of my likeness. I hereby release the Released Parties from all claims and liability relating to any photos or videos.

LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY:

Wide Open shall not be liable to you for any personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen while on or around the Retreat premises, including, but not limited to, a vehicle or its contents or any property left on the premises. You shall be liable to Wide Open for any damage to the Retreat premises and any equipment, furniture, or fixture located thereon caused by you. 

By purchasing and participating in the Wide Open retreat, you agree that you have read the above release and waiver of liability, fully understand its content, and that you are legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
