  • The remaining balance for the retreat is due no later than June 5, 2026. Your spot is confirmed once your deposit is received, and your remaining balance must be paid by this date. Our team will email you a link to pay your balance approximately 30 days prior to the due date.

  • A $1,500 deposit is required at the time of booking. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

    • If you cancel after 24 hours of purchase and before April 5, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.

    • If you cancel between April 6 and June 5, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus your $1,500 deposit.

    • After June 5, 2026, no refunds will be provided.

    Please note that any additional amenities or services selected during the retreat may incur extra charges.

  • Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel Guard and Trawick International are two providers you may want to explore. We encourage you to review policy details carefully to ensure the coverage meets your individual needs.

  • Skiathos is a short connecting flight from Athens. You will fly into Athens International Airport (ATH) and then take a connecting flight to Skiathos (JSI), which is less than an hour long, with multiple flights available daily.

    Many guests choose to spend a night or two in Athens before or after the retreat to make travel more easeful and enjoyable.

  • The house is 15 minutes from the airport. You can either take a taxi or we will arrange transportation if there are multiple participants arriving together.

  • U.S. citizens traveling to Greece for tourism do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date.

    As of early 2026, no COVID-19 entry documentation is required, and the Passenger Locator Form is optional. 

    Beginning in late 2026, U.S. citizens will need to apply for an ETIAS travel authorization before entering Greece. At this time, our early September retreat is not expected to require ETIAS, but we recommend checking for the most up-to-date information as your travel date approaches: https://etias.com/#updates

  • More details will come as we get closer, but bring what you will need for swimming (i.e., goggles), SPF, earplugs, a swim cap, and a swim shirt.

    Everyone in our group should bring/wear a swim buoy - this is the one Gabrey uses.

    Bring what you need for yoga wear - all mats and props will be provided.
